So, has anyone figured out yet what does it mean and why it shouldn’t be posted on the internet?

LE: This doesn’t answer the question, but the Google Street View of the same place is here.
LE2: Problem solved. It’s a md5 hash. We’ve used a reverse md5 hash database to see if it makes any sense (you can check this for yourself here). The string “986f64b93005e03efc42a41ebd573179″ produces a link: http://pbwiki.com/content/jobs. Makes sense (look at their address too).

Sunt in hexa.
In decimal sunt asa:
39023 25785 12293 57406
64578 42014 48471 12665
@CTI97: ce sens are sa dai in comentariu acelasi link pe care l-am dat si noi in post?
@Adrian Ciubotaru: could be, dar la fel de bine ar putea fi si altceva
In Unicode sunt niste idiograme.
7613 9014 2364 0682 0000
Gata, s-a rezolvat!
Just look at the second ‘Later Edit’!
