I think it is a very selfish thing to do if you don’t seed. This is the essence of peer2peer: to share things with other people.
It’s good manners to seed. It’s not immoral if you don’t, but it’s not nice.
I seed whenever I can because I think it’s nice to give back when you receive something. It’s the passive and acceptable way of “doing unto others as you would have others do unto you”.
